A Fad Diet Screening Tool is presented in this training to help you learn more
about identifying and responding to people who may be following unhealthy
"fad diets." Additional useful links and resources are also
provided.

- Define evidence based practice (EBP) and describe how to use EBP to inform and respond to clients about "Fad Diets"
- Assess fad diets using the Fad Diet Screening Tool
- Identify when and where to refer clients.
