Welcome to the Western Region Leadership Institute for Public Health & Primary Care. Today’s public health leaders are called to address complex challenges—ranging from workforce instability and health inequities to rapid organizational change—while maintaining trust, collaboration, and purpose.

This course is designed to support you in that work. You will engage with practical frameworks, tested leadership approaches, and reflective exercises that strengthen your ability to lead adaptively, communicate inclusively, and influence meaningful change across systems. We invite you to bring your experience, curiosity, and commitment to equity as you move through this learning journey.
